Why should I create an account?

Creating an account allows you to track orders, earn reward points, save your shipping info, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.


Orders & Shipping


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our New York City warehouse.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $49 (after discounts).


Does Paku® charge sales tax?

Yes, we are required by law to collect sales tax in states where applicable. The sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.


Payments & Discounts


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.


Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive promotions and discount codes.


How do points work?

When you create an account and shop with us, you earn reward points for every dollar spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Keep an eye out for bonus point promotions and referral rewards too!


Order Issues & Returns


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@gopaku.com.


What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We're so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll make it right.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products (mostly food and consumables), we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to help.
